It\u2019s funny, it was this morning during my prayer time when it dawned on me that I didn\u2019t post the 4th<\/sup> and final component to my holistic approach to beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They say prayer changes things –true. But who knew prayer could also remind you when you have things left undone. Oops \u2013 my bad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I\u2019m here now, and now you know that my 4th<\/sup> and final component is prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m not talking about praying to God to make you the fairest of them all\u2014though I guess, if you want to, that\u2019s cool too. That\u2019s between you and God.  I\u2019m talking about prayer in general, it enhances your countenance. I remember this one time, I was praying for a while before I went to my Bible study, then when I got there I was told I was glowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, before you even go there, I know what some of you are thinking. You\u2019re thinking it was all that shea butter I rubbed on my face. But I\u2019ll have you know, it had already absorbed by then.  I was glowing from within thank you very much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m one of those people who believes in the mind, body, spirit connection. And I believe that things like prayer can change your appearance on a metaphysical level that manifest itself in a way that other people can see in feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to tap into this beauty secret you ask? Just pray. Pray for yourself, pray for others. And by pray I simply mean take some time to talk to God, tell Him what you want. Seek His face, and perhaps you\u2019ll see a difference in yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who doesn\u2019t love a natural glow?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
