I had a-whole-nother topic picked out to write about today, but I didn\u2019t follow through with it, so here we are. I figured it was better to come and write something, than to write nothing \u2013 that seems to be a reoccurring theme for me, trying to figure out when something is better than nothing. But I said I was going to post again on November 12th<\/sup>, so in case someone is looking for it, I don\u2019t want to be a liar as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So anyway, it\u2019s 11:27pm and I\u2019m \u2018bout to crank this life update out right quick, you guessed it, before midnight. Let\u2019s go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing my Book<\/strong> \u2013 I edited the entire book once again, and found more changes and edits I needed to make. I actually got tired while editing and just left a note in track changes mode to come back and make changes in some areas. Some edits require me to think, and sometimes I just wasn\u2019t in the mood to think, so I left a note. So tomorrow, I will go back over those and make those changes. I should be finished with those tomorrow. I haven\u2019t reached out to any editors yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I just had a thought: now that it\u2019s getting close to the holidays, I wonder if these editors are even working. But hey, on a 9-5 people up to the holidays, even through the holidays. I remember this one job I was off on the 24th<\/sup> and the 25th<\/sup> for Christmas, then back in the office on the 26th<\/sup>. I even had a job where I worked on Christmas, so I don\u2019t know \u2013 we\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Job Status<\/strong> \u2013 Speaking of jobs, I don\u2019t have a new one yet. To be honest finding another job hasn\u2019t really been my priority\u2026well, no I take that back. I guess I just really want to be intentional about the next job I take. I don\u2019t want to take just any job. I just hope and pray that the next job I have will be a good job, with a good boss, with challenging and rewarding work. I just hope and pray that it\u2019s a job and an employer that I enjoy. I\u2019ve applied to four jobs so far \u2013 three last week, and one right after I got fired, though I withdrew my application for that one. But going forward I\u2019m going to step up my game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth be told, I love to work. I don\u2019t see how people can retire. I mean, I do see if you have a shitty job how you wouldn\u2019t want to be there, but I don\u2019t think I would ever retire from a good job, you know, as long as I\u2019m still good at it. I mean look at Joy Behar on The View, 80-years-old and still going strong. I mean, don\u2019t get me wrong, I love to sit at home and do nothing, but that\u2019s only fun after you\u2019ve been doing something. That\u2019s only fun after you\u2019ve been working. But when you are not working is boring as fuck. I\u2019m bored as fuck right now, and I need to get back to work, if nothing else to give me something to do. And also for some mental stimulation, I need problems to solve, that\u2019s just what I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7-Day Juice Cleanse<\/strong> \u2013 This turned out to be more like seven hours. First of all, I bought a Nutribullet not an actual juice, so it\u2019s really a blender. But I actually prefer it that way, I think it\u2019s healthier, because that way I get the whole fruit or vegetable not juice the juice. The benefits are in the whole thing, not just the juice. Plus, I thought that we make me feel fuller. But no, I was hungry after the first glass, and so I ate. But I have been drinking at least one glass of the juice a day, maybe, you know, in a week or two\u2026or three I can go full-on juice for a week. We\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What else, what else<\/strong> \u2013 Oh, I\u2019m sure you\u2019d like to see some pictures from my recent travels, so that\u2019ll be coming up soon, and by soon I mean who knows, but it\u2019ll happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
