Ever since I discovered that I most likely have NOT gotten my 10,000 hours in<\/a> to become an expert writer, it\u2019s left me with an unsettling feeling. And so, I\u2019m counting on the month of December to help me get closer to that goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month, I\u2019m going to be writing like crazy\u2026at least writing like crazy for me, because you know it be taking me forever to produce a post. But this month, not so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m starting out with a bang, posting everyday beginning today through Sunday, December 7th<\/sup>. After that, I\u2019m posting every Sunday this month, and I may even throw in a surprise post here and there, so be on the lookout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make it easier on myself, as well as helpful for you to know what\u2019s coming next, I\u2019ve mapped out the topics I\u2019ll be writing about for the entire month in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s the rundown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, December 2nd<\/sup><\/strong>: It\u2019s a post all about still indulging in food while also not neglecting fitness. That\u2019s hard for me to do period, but especially around the holidays. But I have a plan. I\u2019ll share what I\u2019ll be doing to take this challenge head on, including a simple method I recently uncovered that just might stop you from gaining too much weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday, December 3rd<\/sup>: <\/strong>It\u2019s time I get honest with myself about my writing. I\u2019m going to do something I almost never do \u2013 read and critique my own writing and share my thoughts with you. I\u2019m picking 5 previous posts at random and giving my honest opinion. Will I mostly like them or not like them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday, December 4th<\/sup><\/strong>: As mentioned in my previous post, I\u2019m supposed to be writing and editing my stories<\/a> this month. I\u2019ll update you on my progress and my writing and editing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, December 5th<\/sup><\/strong>: It\u2019s another Movie Scenes I Love post. I\u2019ll be discussing my all-time favorite romantic-comedy and highlighting one of its scenes that I love. Can you guess what it is? Here\u2019s a clue, it\u2019s set in New York and features an amazing PM Dawn song. I hope that clue is hard to guess \u2013 it\u2019s meant to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, December 6th<\/sup><\/strong>: I\u2019ll be pulling a topic straight from the headlines and putting my two cents in for this Something In the News post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, December 7th<\/sup><\/strong>: I\u2019m picking a topic at random. Maybe I\u2019ll see something while scrolling on Instagram, perhaps I\u2019ll be intrigued by a story while flipping through an old magazine, I might even want to discuss something I recently saw on TV \u2013 who knows. It\u2019s going to be an exercise to really test my writing chops. How will I do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My December 15th<\/sup><\/strong> and 22nd<\/sup> <\/strong>posts are about TV and TV writing. Finally my December 29th<\/sup><\/strong> post is about life in my 40s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usual, all these posts will go live sometime before midnight, which usually means about five or 10 minutes before midnight \u2013 but who knows? Maybe I\u2019ll switch it up on you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
